Vacaylabs exists to help property owners run independent, professional rental businesses, with the technology and distribution to back it up.
Our story
From our own properties to a platform for everyone's
Vacaylabs was founded in 2023 by people who run short-term rentals themselves. As hosts and operators, we felt the squeeze first-hand: OTA commissions eating margins, tools that didn't talk to each other, and no practical way to build a booking channel of our own.
So we built the platform we wished existed: one place to manage properties, publish a professional website under your own brand, keep every calendar in sync, and take bookings directly and through agents.
Today Vacaylabs is a SaaS and distribution ecosystem where hosts, white-label websites, agents, direct bookings, and Vacayhomes distribution reinforce each other. Our mission is simple: give hosts control over their bookings, brand, pricing, and availability.
