Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Your property data, bookings, and settings carry over, and you'll get expanded capacity and advanced features.

Are there any setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

Do you charge a commission on bookings?

Vacaylabs charges a flat 7% platform commission. There are no setup fees and no partner-service fees on top of that.

Do you provide direct property management services?

Vacaylabs provides the software to run your rental business; we do not physically manage properties. We can connect you with a network of trusted partners for services like design consulting and photography, and Vacaylabs charges no partner-service fees.

How does the agent network feature work?

By subscribing to any of our plans, you can be part of our integrated agent network where other providers and agents can showcase your listing. Paid plans get enhanced features to showcase other properties on their website and earn commission when guests book them. This helps increase occupancy across the platform and provides additional revenue streams.
