Connect external calendars and sync availability

Add external calendar integrations and copy the generated calendar URL when another platform needs it.

Add a calendar integration

  1. 1Open Calendar Sync.
  2. 2Select or expand the property you want to connect.
  3. 3Add a calendar integration.
  4. 4Choose the calendar source.
  5. 5Paste the calendar export URL from the external platform.
  6. 6Save the integration.

Sync and share calendar data

  1. 1Use Sync to refresh calendar data for the property.
  2. 2Copy the generated calendar URL when another platform needs to sync from Vacaylabs.
  3. 3Check the availability calendar after syncing to confirm external dates are visible.

Important availability behavior

Notes

  • Booked and externally synced dates are read-only in the availability calendar.
  • Use manual blocking only for future dates you want to hold outside confirmed bookings or external calendar blocks.
