Getting started with Vacaylabs Manager

A first checklist for new clients setting up an account, property, pricing, calendars, and website.

Start with the main setup flow

Vacaylabs Manager is where you manage your properties, bookings, availability, pricing, website, billing, and profile settings.

Most new clients should complete the core setup in order, because later steps depend on property and profile details being ready.

  1. 1Register or sign in to your account.
  2. 2Verify your email address if you are prompted to do so.
  3. 3Choose or subscribe to a plan when a plan is required.
  4. 4Complete your profile details so your account and website information are ready.
  5. 5Create your first property listing and save it as a draft or publish it when ready.
  6. 6Configure calendar sync, blocked dates, and custom pricing if needed. Guest-facing prices may also include agent commission, a nominal platform fee, and GST based on the booking type.
  7. 7Create your Vacaylabs website, complete all required fields, choose a template, and deploy when ready.
  8. 8After your website is deployed, redeploy it whenever you save website settings or website content changes that should appear on the live website.

What to set up first

Start with profile details and property details before working on website content. Your website setup uses business, contact, logo, property, and template information.
