- 2Filter by All, Pending, Approved, Rejected, Direct Only, or Confirmed when needed.
- 3Open request details or act from the list if the action is available there.
Choose an action
- 1Approve a pending request when the stay can continue through the online payment flow.
- 2Reject a pending request when the stay should not move forward.
- 3Choose Direct Only when the guest should not pay through the online payment gateway.
What Direct Only means
Direct Only means the request will be handled through direct payment instead of online payment. After choosing it, you or your property team should contact the guest and coordinate direct payment or advance payment.
Dates may be blocked after the agreed direct payment process.
Online payment availability for agent bookings
For agent bookings, online payment availability depends first on the property owner setting. If the owner allows payment gateway use for agents, the agent may still choose whether guests can pay online directly or send a request first.
Agent Price / B2B Price is the amount the agent has to pay the property owner. The price shown to the guest for an agent booking generally includes Agent Price / B2B Price plus the agent commission, a nominal platform fee, and GST.
When a request is accepted and online payment is available, the guest can be sent to complete payment through the payment gateway.
