Review bookings

  1. 1Open Booking List.
  2. 2Filter bookings by All, Direct, Agent, or Opted if needed.
  3. 3Open a booking to view the details.
  4. 4Review the guest details, stay timeline, property, amount, status, and comments.

Use contact actions

Booking details may show email or phone actions when contact information is available.

Notes

  • Use the available contact action for the guest, agent, or manager as appropriate.
  • If no contact action is shown, contact Vacaylabs support with the booking details you can see.
